Sooly Music collects personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on our platform. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and artist/band name. Furthermore, we collect necessary payment information to distribute your royalties securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is utilized to create and manage your account, deliver our services, process your distribution metadata (UPC/ISRC generation), and process payout requests. We may also use your email to send platform updates and policy changes.

3. Data Sharing & DSPs

To successfully distribute your music, we are legally required to share certain data (Artist Name, Track metadata) with Digital Service Providers (DSPs) like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. We do NOT sell your data to any third-party marketing agencies.

4. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your account information and track files. Your sensitive withdrawal data such as IBAN/Swift is protected by 256-bit encryption during transit to our banking partners.
