By accessing and using the Sooly Music platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Commission rates and service fees may vary depending on specific distribution or service agreements. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Obligations

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to your submitted musical works.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Sooly Music does not claim ownership of your musical works. You retain 100% of your copyrights. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to distribute, reproduce, and transmit your works to DSPs (Digital Service Providers).

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that infringes upon the copyrights of others, contains hate speech, or promotes violence. Artificial streaming, manipulation of metadata, and copyright infringement will lead to immediate account termination.
